Dan is our senior coach and consultant. He has a portfolio of success in government, healthcare, sales, service, operations, and finance.
His philosophy for executive coaching is a tailored approach based on the mantra embedded in his heart from his time in the U.S. Army, "Mission First, People Always." Dan takes into account personality, organizational structure, mission objectives, core competencies, pattern recognition, and growth.
